We gather to invoke the sacred feminine through dance, ritual, sound -- in dynamism and stillness. Dance the trance of release and learn a powerful vocabulary of movement that opens the heart, roots the feet, and moves the soul! Then invite the receptive and healing qualities of sound coupled with meditative movement and restorative yoga. We close with a special offering and performance prayer.
