On this special occasion, Monday July 22nd I’ll be teaching yoga for Christopher Love’s yoga and meditation class with live music at the gorgeous St. John’s Church. I regularly play live music for this class on rotation with other amazing musicians. With Christopher traveling, I’ll be guiding our physical practice accompanied by the stupendous Bodhi Setchko offering live sound healing.

This class is a community sponsored class. No one is turned away. $10-20 suggested donation. All levels and ages welcome.
