Dive into a grounding and elevated 90 minute ceremonial sound healing blending gentle acupuncture needling with transporting music, mantra, singing bowls, shruti, gong, and chimes. We'll use breathing practices to prepare the body, invite deep listening and insight through sound meditation. Curated to invite release and renewal.
Amie Brooke, L.Ac., MSOM and sound practitioner / vocal artist Cypress Dubin offer a community immersive Acupuncture and Ceremonial Sound Healing Experience to ring in 2020! Two potent modalities, seamlessly blended with nurturing hands-on care.
Come be bathed in luminescence!
Sound immersion is a powerful form of meditation— opening us to new possibilities of rest, resilience, and life vision. Sound coupled with engaged listening swiftly calms the mind and grounds the body, induces deep states of relaxation and circulating blocked energy. Sound meditations are designed to safely guide us in connecting with our deepest self.
Ultra-thin, sterile acupuncture needles placed on specific points on the body will awaken the body’s energy pathways, allowing for integration and gentle release. Lying down or comfortably seated, vibrations bathe and resonate the body bringing us into renewed harmony.
