Come join an intimate ceremonial circle under the Redwoods of Mill Valley. We are keeping this one intimate, offering only 12 physically distanced blankets for the individual or couple to lie on.
We will combine the elements of community, pure plant medicine (8 Holotropic provided), light breathwork and The Sonic Shamanic's healing music and sound, to promote profound inner experience, an energetic clearing of body and mind. We'll begin with an opening circle to cohere the group, which then will journey together through a light breathing practice followed by a progression of music and sound, followed by a closing circle. You can expect to move beyond everyday chatter and stress, anxiety and fear, into connection with yourself, others and nature.

Arrive as early as 4pm to relax in the forest together with ambient music, while giving the CBD time to kick in. Our journey amidst the trees will begin at 6:30pm and continue until 8:30pm.
