Join me for a Full Moon Sound Ceremony in the Redwoods of Mill Valley, Friday May 28th. Lay back, gaze up at the majestic forest-- transported by sound in a spectacular setting.
Together we’ll harness the recent full moon and emerging spring vitality. You'll be guided through light breathwork/breathing practices and ceremonial sound healing, as we move deeply into connection with ourselves, one another, and nature. Our sonic dreamscape will weave transporting vocals, healing resonance, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chacapa, chimes, world and shamanic instruments. I’ll be leading our evening solo, with an extra dose of elated mantras, medicine melodies, and originals. We'll end with a brief closing circle to cohere the group, and share our experience.

We’ll dive deep into sound, trees alit with light, an adorned altar and forest amphitheater stage.
I'll have selected Sound + Ceremonial Tools for you. Including: Napalese hand-pounded singing bowls, Embera rattles, ceremonial beadwork jewelry, karipes and hape from Peruvian, Columbia, Brazilian Shapibo Tribes. Sales directly support artists/craftsman and native tribal families.
Arrive as early as 5:30P to relax in the redwoods, enjoy the creek, and peruse the wares. Bring warm clothing for when darkness sets in, a headlamp/flashlight to navigate after twilight, and extra blankets. mat or cush to make your spot comfy.
