We’re re-emerging into a fresh ACU-SOUND live experience blending acupuncture and sound healing. Jordanna Eve and I lead this elevated evening July 11th, under the new outdoors open-air canopy at Lovestory Yoga Larkspur, CA. Help us celebrate their launch, as we journey in community with energy + sound medicine.

We’ll combine gentle needling (acupuncture), breathing practices, sound meditation with transporting vocal and soundscapes to calm the nervous system and revitalize our entire system.

A lovingly curated collection and activation of acupuncture points coupled with sound and engaged listening swiftly calms the mind and grounds the body, inducing deep states of relaxation and expansive consciousness. Weaving our breath to center and soothe, we’ll then journey through an exquisite soundscape of enchanting mantra, medicine melodies, toning, Himalayan singing bowls, gong, and shamanic instruments.

Lie back with ease, and lean into our beautiful Love Story Yoga community. We are delighted to share all the feels and resonant sounds IN-PERSON!

Please bring layers, a thick yoga mat, pillows, and other cozy comforts for our outdoor journey. You have the option for mat rental.
