Join us for Sound Medicine in the Redwoods for a ceremonial evening of ritual, meditation, breath, sound, and deep listening in community connection. Nestled in a magical garden amphitheater. Expect an immersive experience weaving evocative practice, transporting vocals, dynamic musicality, and healing resonance. Special guest Bodhi Starwater brings his nuanced musicality perfectly paired with my musical work, and 40 years of experience with sound healing and sacred sound journeys. Sonic dreamscapes feature mantras, medicine melodies, flutes, Tibetan singing bowls, shruti, drum, rattles, gong, chimes, world and shamanic instruments. Christine Marie Mason guides opening and closing rituals—and we are hosted at her exquisite home.
Choose to enhance your journey with CBD, or alternatively pre-purchase her company's crafted Kanna and Kava gummies. We’ll seal our evening with sharing integration, snacks + potluck (bring something to share). Relax inside or stay in the adorned garden, our light-mandala sacred space and altar, which my team and I lovingly create for our journey. Arrive as early as 6:30P to enjoy the garden and settle in; ceremony is 7P-9P.
This will be a seated/semi-seated experience, nestled amidst the tiered garden's stone benches, steps, and landings. There will be some spots to snuggle down, or chairs if preferred. Some cushions will be provided—Please bring your own cushions, blankets and comforts for seating stone + warm layers for night temperatures.
Our ceremonial evening will include:
- Ritual and meditation
- Grounding breathing practices
- Transporting sound & music
- Opening intentions + closing community integration
- Vegan full spectrum CBD gummies
