We welcome you to an intimate SOLSTICE Sound Healing journey and house concert at the beautiful Woodland Concerts in Fairfax. It’s also Kat’s birthday, our most gracious and vibrant host!

Our evening will feature a soundscape of mantra, medicine melodies, Tibetan singing bowls, shruti, chacapa, gong, chimes, world, shamanic, and sound healing instruments. We'll use breathing practices to prepare the body, then invite deep listening, inner alignment, and insight through sound meditation. Sound immersion is a powerful form of meditation— opening us to new possibilities of rest, resilience, and life vision. Come be held in luminescence.

There will be floor space for lying down, seated meditation, couches, and chairs. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, meditation cushion... what will make you comfortable. Remember warm layers for when the body temperature drops during rest.

These sound meditations are designed to safely guide us in connecting with our deepest self. Sound coupled with engaged listening swiftly calms the mind and grounds the body. This restorative practice induces deep states of relaxation and circulates blocked energy. Lying down or comfortably seated, vibrations resonate our bodies and bring us into harmony.

The night will open with an optional potluck beginning at 6:30P.

Please meet at Doc Edgar Park 33 Cascade Dr. Fairfax. There is parking all around there. Get in a car of 3-4 people and carpool up to the house.
