Join me for an immersive virtual Spring Equinox HD Sound Meditation. We gather online to harness a new cycle through a ritual evening sound meditation designed to active and amplify our life force. Weaving intention and community, breathwork and transporting sound, we’ll release what isn’t serving us and invite a new cycles to begin.

Sonic dreamscapes will feature transporting vocals, mantra, and medicine melodies—plus an array of instruments, including Nepalese singing bowls, shruti, chacapa, wave drum, medicine frame drum, gong, chimes, world and shamanic instruments.

Please create a beautiful, softly-lit place where you can relax, sit and lie down comfortably. Bring any special items for your altar.  Over-the-ear headphones, Airpods, or HD speakers recommended for your optimal listening experience.
