Join me for our next immersive Sound + Medicine (CBD) in the Redwoods with the Sonic Shamanic Friday, August 27th in Mill Valley CA. Pack a light picnic (optional) and come join us in the redwoods for an afternoon and evening with friends, Sound + Medicine. Arrive as early as 4:30 pm to relax, eat and take your 8 Holotropic CBD amongst the trees.

Our Sound + Medicine Ceremony begins at 6:30pm and will continue to approximately 8:45pm.

We'll begin with small, brief opening circles to cohere the group. We’ll journey together through breathing practice followed by a progression of music and sound, then closing circles. Our dynamic blend of clearing rhythm, healing resonance, and transporting melody incorporate an uncommon range of instrumentation, including tuning forks, drum, flute, chant, mantra & medicine melodies, alto saxophone, shruti & harmonium, Tibetan singing bowls, and world & shamanic instruments. Come move beyond everyday chatter and stress into deep connection with source, yourSelf, others and Nature.
