Join me for our next immersive Sound + Medicine (CBD) in the Redwoods with the Sonic Shamanic Sunday 27th in Mill Valley CA. Come join us in the redwoods for an afternoon and evening with friends, Sound + Medicine. Lay back, gaze up at the majestic forest, transported by sound.

We'll open with brief sharing then journey together through breathing practice followed by a progression of music and sound, then seal our evening with closing circles.

Arrive as early as 4:30 pm to relax, eat and take your 8 Holotropic CBD amongst the redwoods. Our Sound + Medicine Ceremony begins at 6:30pm and will continue to approximately 8:45pm.
