Our Sound + Medicine Ceremony combines nature, community, CBD organic plant medicine, a light breathing practice, and healing sound to facilitate expanded "holotropic" "self-healing" states of consciousness. Our ceremony begins at 6:00pm - 8:30pm. We'll begin with small opening circles to cohere the group, move through a light breathing practice followed by a music and sound,, with closing integration.
