Join me in-person Friday, for the last of this Fall series. The veils will be thin, as we near Samhain. 
Enter the majestic redwood forests of Mill Valley with pumpkin in hand. Carve your jack-o-lantern, then lay back and journey with Sound + Medicine (CBD) with the Sonic Shamanic, as we journey into connection with ourselves, one another and nature.

Our Sound + Medicine Ceremony combines nature, community, plant medicine, a light breathing practice, plus healing music and sound. We’ll blend clearing rhythm, healing resonance, and transporting melody —incorporating an uncommon range of instrumentation, including tuning forks, drum, flute, chant, mantra & medicine melodies, alto saxophone, shruti, Tibetan singing bowls, world & shamanic instruments.

Arrive as early as 4:00pm to relax. If you like, bring a pumpkin and a knife to carve a jack-o-lantern and contribute to the forest's adornment.
